All-Ages Hula Hoop Dance 101

Hula Hoop Dance is a wonderful way to get your body moving and expand your range of motion while also building your confidence! In this class we will focus on balance, endurance, conditioning, and creativity. Skills will be adjusted to meet everyone’s specific needs. The atmosphere of the class is welcoming and inviting, just like the atmosphere within the wider hula hoop community. You will learn how to familiarize yourself with the hula hoop and find the size that best fits your flow. We will focus on the core foundations of spatial awareness and plane switching, and even introduce performance vocabulary (though no performance is required!).

For people looking to learn something new and exciting, the circus is a non-competitive, artistic, fun and safe discipline! All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment.
