Youth balance lab is a supervised open training time for youth to work on balancing skills. The main focus will be on unicycling and stilt walking, however there is the option to work on rola bola, rolling globe, and tightwire as well. Students are expected to be able to stay focused on practicing skills mostly independently, although coaches are available to give guidance, feedback, and occasional spotting. Youth balance lab is open to youth ages 8 and up or with permission of the instructor.
