Accessing the Studio
We can be tricky to find, so please allow extra time to find us.
Do not enter the Mill 180 or Keystone buildings right to either side of the Paragon Arts and Industry building. Be sure to enter a door labeled Paragon Arts and Industry!
We recommend parking in the back of the Paragon Arts and Industry building. From Pleasant St, look for the American Legion sign. Turn into the driveway, and continue all the way behind the building. Enter through the door with the SHOW and Fitness Fusion signs, and follow the signs up to the third floor and to the studio!
If you would like to access the studio from the front of the building/Pleasant Street side, pull in front of the building, continue under the overhang, and enter through the red door marked “Paragon Arts and Industry Building” and follow the signs up to the third floor and to the studio!
Need help getting up to the third floor? There is a freight elevator near the stairs.

Getting to the Building
By Bike
The Manhan Rail Trail runs right behind the Paragon Building and is a great way to access the studio in the warmer months. The path connects to Northampton and all the way to Amherst. For detailed bike path maps and directions, please visit their website: manhanrailtrail
By Bus
The Pioneer Valley Transit Authority has buses running throughout the Pioneer Valley. The closest bus stop to SHOW and the Paragon Building is in front of the Eastworks Building (next door to Paragon). You can catch the RED 41 to Easthampton Center and Eastworks.
