CircusFit (Drop-In)

Our CircusFit class will get you stronger and conditioned for ground skills, aerial skills, performance and everyday life! Each class will consist of a warm-up, a mixture of stations work, cardio, strength training, body weight exercises, flexibility work and cool down. Perfect for those new to circus skills and current students who need to increase strength to master specific skills and to move into higher level classes next session. Each session is themed to keep you entertained and working hard! Guaranteed to keep you moving and having fun while getting Circus Fit!

All classes at SHOW focus on vocabulary retention, interpersonal life skills, and having fun in a safe environment. Circus is a great way to increase self-esteem, have fun, get in shape, improve focus and learn skills that will translate to every aspect of your life. Circus for Fun, Circus for Life.

We offer drop-ins to CircusFit whenever enrollment allows.
